This category is the place for podcasts. The winner here will be showing the world what's around the corner when it comes to getting the word out on the Internet.

Best Videoblog
This category covers both videoblogs and video podcasts. What is critical is that the nominee must produce original video content on a regular basis for online distribution.

Special Topic Award Climate Change
The Special Topic category changes each year. In 2010, we want to reward blogs, podcasts or videoblogs that are getting to grips with the topic of climate change. Climate Change will also be the main focus of the Deutsche Welle Media Forum from 21.-23. June in Bonn.

Reporters Without Borders Award
Presented in cooperation with Reporters Without Borders, this award will go to a Weblog that takes a strong stance for freedom of information all over the world.
